The role
This is the role that keeps the operation running. Every day you work inside the Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts of the brands we manage: catalogues, content, cases, stock, promotions. Next to you an Account Manager owns the client relationship and the strategy, you own the execution. You don't need to know everything about Amazon already, you need to be precise, curious and quick to learn.

What you will do
Catalogue and content
creating and optimising listings, flat files, variations and bundles, A+ Content and Brand Story, alignment across European marketplaces.
Account health
daily checks on Account Health, suppressed listings, Buy Box, anomalies in sessions and conversion.
Cases and compliance
opening and following up cases with Seller Support and Brand Registry, ungating, GTIN exemptions, GPSR and EPR documentation.
FBA logistics
inbound shipments, stock and restocking, returns, reimbursement claims and reconciliations.
Promotions and advertising support
coupons, discounts, deals and the promotional calendar, checks on budgets, bids and negative keywords.
Data
exports, analysis in Excel and Google Sheets, weekly reporting on the KPIs agreed with the brand.
Who we are looking for
An active VAT number. We are looking for a professional to build a stable collaboration with.
First experience on Amazon Seller Central (in house, at an agency or on your own project), or a background in e-commerce, marketing or data analysis plus a clear intention to specialise on Amazon.
Solid Excel and Google Sheets: pivot tables, lookups, cleaning long exports.
Precision. On Amazon one character out of place means a suppressed listing.
Method: you update your tasks without being asked and flag problems before they become emergencies.
Excellent Italian and good English. The team is international and Amazon documentation is in English.
It helps if
You have already worked with flat files.
You know Helium 10, Data Dive, Keepa or similar tools.
You have seen Vendor Central, not just Seller Central.
You use AI as a daily working tool: building and cleaning flat files, reading heavy exports, drafting cases. Here it is encouraged, with the rules we give you.
